These fried slices of breakfast bacon are made from lean belly bacon that has been expertly cured and dried, and naturally smoked. After the bacon is sliced, it is placed in thin slices in the hot air ovens (no frying fat!) and baked one slice at a time. This convenience product can be served quickly and easily both cold (in salads) and hot (with a fried egg, in pancakes, with toast, or as part of a continental breakfast or in a bacon and egg sandwich)!
Recipe: Streaky Pancakes Make pancake batter and place the Streaky Bacon strips into a hot frying pan (don’t use butter!). Pour the necessary amount of batter per pancake on top of the Streaky Bacon and fry the pancake, turning it over until it is brown on both sides. Serve with sugar syrup! Streaky Bacon is also great with Italian pastas and in salads.
