Our smoked topside beef is the ultimate in smoked beef varieties! Made from pure beef steak in a traditional way, after a very strict selection, these very tender cuts are immersed in a mild brine and then lightly smoked over a smouldering beech wood fire. The Smoked Beef gains its deep red colour and unmistakably pure flavour from post-drying it in special climate controlled areas.

Recipe: Aperitif of Smoked Beef with chocolate Cut slices of Smoked Beef into squares and wrap the beef around squares of plain chocolate.

Put three rolls of Smoked Beef with chocolate into a shot glass. Garnish the bottom of the shot glass with lettuce or place a garnish of green beans in the glass.
