Our Roast Beef is made from a pure lean beef. After the addition of aromatic spices, with great expertise, the beef is baked in a hot air oven, so no deep-fry fat is used! And, in the tradition of real roast beef, the product is not well done and dry but cooked to medium, for optimum tenderness and a pure taste.
Recipe: Main course with Roast Beef, stir-fry vegetables and potato wedges Cut the potatoes into wedges and boil with a little salt. Coarsely chop the vegetables and herbs and stir-fry along with the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add the two types of soya sauce. Heat the slices of Roast Beef in an oven preheated to 200 °C, for three minutes. Make a tasty gravy from scratch or from a packet.
In the centre of the plate, place the stir-fried vegetables and three slices of Roast beef in a star shape and place the potato wedges in between. Pour over the gravy and garnish with a sprig of sage.
