SalesRob de Bruin and Marten van den Brink: Our team is responsible for good contacts with our customers. We consult with them regarding which products meet their wishes and possibilities, and share our vision about trends and developments. Furthermore, we ensure a good completion of orders, administration and after-sales. For this purpose, we have state-of-the-art ICT solutions available, such as EDI and SSCC. We maintain close contact with our customers by telephone and by email. |

Product developmentJan-Hein van Helvoirt and Fons Duivenvoorde: On a daily basis, we are occupied with developing new products and with process optimization. We combine knowledge by working together with all the internal departments and external suppliers. The challenge is to find the right ingredients and to combine these for an optimal result. The process also plays an important role in achieving this. |

Quality controlJohn Houben: Our responsibility is to ensure that all legislation and regulations are observed and to safeguard these in our HACCP and BRC systems. You could say that we are the conscience of the company. The starting point is the quality policy drawn up on an annual basis. In addition, we take care of the required chemical and physical product analyses and product specifications. |

FinanceIvo Wagemans: We are responsible for monitoring and reporting on all the financial ins and outs of our company, such as tax matters, insurance and information technology. Together with the other departments, we provide timely records, processing of purchasing and sales invoices, and ICT solutions. |

Human ResourcesRieky van Duijnhoven: Human Resources is all about people and we value the staff at our company; finding the correct balance by recruiting and supporting all the employees. It is all about ensuring a pleasant work atmosphere, which requires attention and putting yourself in the employee’s position. That is not something you achieve on your own, but together with all the managers. More than half of our staff have been with us for more than 12 ½ years, which is proof enough that our staff policy is working. |
