Kempische ham met vijgen

Cured ham by henri van de bilt vleeswaren is an ancient Dutch raw ham specialty made from selected ham cuts that are cured according to old custom, traditionally smoked over beech wood, dried and “ripened” for a long period of time in special drying area’s.

Recipe: With horseradish and cucumber on toast Delicious on toast or in sandwiches, white bread together with French cheese, horseradish and fresh slices of cucumber garnished with Japanese Shiso herbs. Also delicious as a spicy salad dressing (shredded).
