Breakfast bacon by henri van de bilt vleeswaren is expertly made using lean belly bacon that has been prepared from lean belly bacon that has been cured, ripened in drying area’s and smoked over beech wood, and then post-dried into typical breakfast bacon. It’s delicious on bread or on toast and there is nothing like it when cooked in bacon pancakes or prepared in an omelette.
Recipe: Farm omelette Shred the onion and cut the breakfast bacon into small strips. Put them together into the frying pan and fry them until the onion shreds are glazed. Place the 3 whipped eggs with a pinch of cream plus the carrots and peas, and 5 grams of salt + add a dash of pepper. Cook the mixture slowly like a pancake. Then roll up the omelette and serve on a plate with lettuce, tomato, pickle and toast or bread.
